Recently, AT&T/Bell South telecommunications sent out four technicians to A&E Inter-Locking Pavers to configure their network after upgrading some of A&E's services. As complex as telecommunications is, after 8 hours of dealing with routers, they simply gave up. They just could not get two of the computers in the office back online again...
the right one for your situation. Contrary to popular
belief, they do not self configure.
...but Brooksville Computer did! (See my Testimonials page). Florida Central Processing suffered a similar fate after Bell South could not diagnose why their server and computers weren't able to be networked together after a storm. Brooksville Computer Network Solutions solved the problem... Another horror story on services provided by BrightHouse "Computer/Telecommunications Guys" comes from Nancy Mountain - three BrightHouse technicians were sent to her home and worked all day taking turns trying to figure out how to get her and Mr. Mountain's home computers on their home network online and could not (I know the reason and it's all TCP/IP). Folks, just because a company has a big-time name doesn't mean it can provide big time service or maintenance IF THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG PEOPLE. When Brooksville Computer Network Solutions originally had Brighthouse come in to install cable internet access the installer couldn't believe that I refused to use the Earthlink Setup CD to get online, but did it manually through TCP/IP - the installer had no idea it could be done that way. To the Bell South/ATT Telephone and Brighthouse Cable TV companies I have only this to say: "TCP/IP and routing are not as easy as you think!" and to everyone else "Go with the training and experience when you need to get online - go with Brooksville Computer Network Solutions."
